Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest photograph release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing different sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the current investigative release.
